Structure and Function of Hydraulic Multifunctional Operating Table:

Operating tables are mainly divided into electric operating tables and hydraulic operating tables. They are important tools used during surgery to position patients and provide a convenient surgical environment for doctors. What are the structural components and functional characteristics of a hydraulic multifunctional operating table?

  1. Composition of Electric Operating Table:

Electric operating tables are mostly composed of a table top, electric control, main body, and accessories. The electric operating table top consists of a head plate, back plate, seat plate, and leg plates, including six aspects: head plate surface, back plate surface, seat plate surface, left leg plate surface, right leg plate surface, and waist plate surface. It can achieve lifting, lowering, and back-and-forth, left-and-right swinging during the surgical process, as well as independent operation of the head, back, and waist plates. It can meet the various needs of different body parts of the patient during unusual surgeries. Most accessories of the electric operating table include: a waste bucket, leg support tray, arm support tray, headrest, armrest, anesthesia rod, and infusion stand, all of which assist in body position adjustment. Accessories such as shoulder straps, leg straps, wrist straps, and body straps are used to secure the anesthetized patient and prevent falls. All accessories are equipped with foam pads to ensure normal blood circulation and comfort for the patient during surgery. Part of the electric operating table uses an electric hydraulic drive system, consisting of an electric gear oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, overflow valve, solenoid valve, positioning switch, and power supply. It is controlled manually, by infrared remote control, and by auxiliary control.

  2. Functions of Electric Operating Table:

  (1) It can meet the needs of various surgical positions (supine, prone, lateral, sitting, etc.).

  (2) The electric operating table allows for adjustment of body position at any time using the control box before and during surgery. Bed surface height 52.5~102.5cm, head-high foot-low 25°, lateral tilt 20°, backrest upward curve 90°, downward curve 30°, (M()T-5500

  (3) It can be connected to a headrest or head frame.

  (4) The bed base is short, allowing the surgeon to sit close to the head of the bed for longer microsurgery.

  (5) Controlled by an electric hydraulic system, it is simple, safe, and there is no shaking after bed position adjustment.

  (6) Using low-voltage control, leakage current <100°A, it can also be used for other surgical procedures.

  (7) Anti-slip floor side rail safety design to prevent attachment from falling in case of injury.
