Open the top cover and check if the fuse is blown and if the power supply voltage is normal. If both are fine, please contact a professional for repair.
2. Transformer damage
There are generally two reasons for transformer damage: power supply voltage problems and short circuits causing excessive current, leading to transformer damage. For the latter, professional repair is needed.
3. Fuse frequently blows
Check if the bulbs in use are configured according to the rated power specified in the manual. Bulbs with excessive power will cause the current to exceed the fuse's rated capacity, resulting in fuse damage. Check if the power supply voltage is normal.
4. Disinfection handle deformation
The shadowless lamp disinfection handle can be disinfected using high pressure (please refer to the instruction manual, but note that heavy objects should not be placed on the handle during disinfection, as this may cause deformation).
5. Light not working after adjusting the angle of the shadowless lamp
This is mainly due to poor contact of the sensors at both ends of the shadowless lamp arm after a period of use. In this case, professional maintenance is required.
6. Shadowless lamp displacement
In larger surgical shadowless lamps, after a period of use, the inner lamp head is relatively heavy, requiring greater friction for positioning, which may cause movement. This can be solved by tightening the upper positioning screws to increase friction.
7. Hole-type lamp brightness dims
The reflective glass bowl of the cold light hole-type shadowless lamp uses coating technology. Generally, domestic coating technology can only guarantee a lifespan of two years. After two years, the coating layer will have problems, such as dimming and bubbling. Therefore, in this case, the reflective bowl needs to be replaced.
